Once it so happened that six long logs hung on the seventh one. But I counted myself to be already quite an experienced woodcutter and began to cut that sevenths log to saw it down too. Suddenly it broke. [Everything got trembling when all the seven logs crashed down with terrible ramble and roar heaving huge clouds of snow. After the snow dust dissipated I was surprised to find myself safe and sound by miracle being in a "window". After getting out of the heap of trees I was even more surprised to see five woodcutters including the foreman, Ivan Zharov, in an epileptic attack.]
